What is Contrade Systems AB?

Contrade Systems AB was founded on Lidingö, 1982. Contrade Sysytem AB was an offspring from Conrad Ekengren AB which also is a company from Lidingö.

In the beginning the program has consisting of machines and heating and cooling aggregates for the dye casting industry.

At the same time the new developed electronicsystem consisting of photoelectric, Inductive and capacitive sensors. When it came to this type of products we were Market leaders in Sweden consisting the above written automation products.

All after time was moving more advanced products in our productprogram. Example of this was code reading equipment specially prepared for reading and controlof so called "PharmaCode" in the Pharmaceutical Industry. In the same way the programe was expanded with Vision systems (Camera)for full control of Tables blisters.

During this time we also introduced so called surface inspectionsystems for the paper industry and the "Dirt Counter " for the dryers in the Pulp drying machines. The purpose for both units was to automatize the quality control in this type of industry.
